There are NO REFUNDS 

However, Management will cooperate with the inconvenience of an broken or damaged item resulting in an exchange. Only if the problem with item is reported within the first 24 hrs after delivery! 

If a return occurs you will ONLY recieve it for products NOT shipping!!
